In August 2025, Gregor Grote completed his double master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science with a focus on Data Science at FH Aachen and in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM), where he studied as a Fulbright scholar. He previously earned his bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science (dual studies) at FH Aachen in 2023 and completed a professional training as a Mathematical-Technical Software Developer at Riege Software International in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, he also attained the Fachhochschulreife and the title of state-certified IT assistant at the Georg-Simon-Ohm-Berufskolleg in Cologne. Since October 2025 he is a member of the IT-Security group (“da/sec”) at University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, which is a part of the “National Research Center for Applied Cybersecurity – ATHENE”.
