Advanced Seminar / Masterseminar WS 2022/23
The Advanced Seminar will focus on different topics related to Identity Science, in particular on how to reliable recognize people (Biometrics).
Students are encouraged to form groups (2-3 persons) and work on one of the topics provided by the course instructors. Each group has to prepare a term paper describing their conducted work using IEEE template (Word or LaTeX). The term paper should be 6 – 8 pages, not counting references and appendices. The final presentation will be 45 minutes per group + 15 minutes discussion of the results. A grade will be given based on the term paper and final presentation as defined in the module description.
The seminar will have only few fixed class meetings. Besides these meetings, additional appointments shall be arranged individually and on demand.
The seminar will to be held in English language.
